I lived here with 4 other people in the 2003-2004 school year. I would definitely not recommend it because of how the realtor company handles things. They own other propterties in town, and only after i signed the lease I learned that a few friends had lived in a different building and were charged to replace mattresses. My friends went back to look at them the next year and they were NOT new. I HIGHLY recommend anyone moving in to take pictures of their apartment, everywhere!

All the comments about ripping you off at move-out are completely true. They charged for repainting the walls, something they ALWAYS do. My roommates moved out before I did, so i was left to clean the place by myself, and they didnt even divide the deposit up evenly.. so my roommates who didnt clean anything got more money than i did. They charged to replace carpet that was already aweful and old, as well as taking a nail out the wall that was there when we moved in. I highly doubt it costs them $25 to removed a nail. I got less than 1/3 my deposit back and we were model renters, not throwing many parties and not ruining anything.

The noise level is VERY loud, because the hallways are straight and the inside of the building looks like a mental institution in my opinion. The stairwells smell of urine all the time. The furniture is extremely uncomfortable. I had to get a mattress pad just to make the bed decent since it was basically like sleeping on the floor. The sofa was wooden and hurt your back to set in it for very long. Parking was a rip off as well, although they do have a covered garage which is nice in the winter. However, with 5 people, the place was cheap. I also had another friend who lived there the same year i did sue them for ripping off his security deposit. Like i said, take pictures of everything and then later you can have a case to get your money back. Just reporting my experience.
