I renewed my lease last year and I'm still happy. The rooms are decently sized, the elevators always work, and maintenence is prompt when you have a problem. We have never had a major problem with our apartment; appliances still work great, the only minor problem we had was a clog in the tub drain which got fixed quickly. Sure the hallways get dirty on the weekends, but it's a college town, what do you expect' Besides, the janitors always clean up on Monday and Tuesday.

One thing that does bug me is that the management is starting to get anal about some policies. All the outer doors are locked as of September. Why' It's not like we have a lot of crimes in the building. Besides, people who want to get in the building will piggyback in anyhow. And did you leave a cigarette on the windowsill' Watch out, because now we're being fined a 'common area' charge. I think this is kind of pointless but it's a minor issue when you think about the apartment size and location to campus.
