A decent cheap place to live in, cheap being the key word. The apartment is old, not very attractive, and the furniture is from the 70's. When moving in make sure you specify that you either want or do not want furniture. I had to wait a week before they moved in the furniture for the apartment. Maintenance does not fix any issues, the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Expect no assistance from the staff. The hallways often have trash and stink of rotting carpet in the winter or after a rain storm. The noise levels are acceptable, however not perfect. The washer/dryers are available on the bottom floor (which the elevator does not go to) and they work just fine. The walk to campus takes about 20 minutes, and several buses stop within a minute walk. Parking is a joke and extremely expensive. If you want something really cheap, this is the place for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
