Better than most places

I've lived here for almost 5 years and have enjoyed it quite a bit! For the most part the complex is filled with graduate students/professionals. There are a few undergrads, but they are fairly quiet. I haven't had any significant noise/disturbance problems over the past few years. Many friends who have lived elsewhere have crashed at my place to escape their noisy/party-happy neighbors.
The office staff is friendly and willing to help (you just have to be nice to them) and the maintenance staff is really on top of things. Most of my problems have been fixed right away, and on a few occasions, they came fixed things I didn't even realized needed attention! :)
Parking's great ($15/space/month)! Although there are only 2 "visitor" spots for the complex, there are always a number unfilled spots. I don't know any visitors that have been towed for parking in other spots.
There are some "wierdos" who live here, but if you don't bother them, they won't bother you. On the off chance you do have a problem, the management does what they can to address the troublemakers.
NO included interenet, but the phone/cable lines are high speed capable. If you are looking for the most high tech place, than this isn't the place for you. However, if you just want a comfortable home, you will enjoy this place.
