Comfortable place to live

We lived in Executive House for 4 of our 5 years of graduate school. Basically, the place looks worse than it is. The hallways and exterior are old and dingy, but the apartments themselves are clean and comfortable. Overall, a very quiet place to live, with few undergrads.
-NEGATIVES-
Hallways/lobby are dingy and make it look scary. Lots of very weird people living on the first floor. The kitchen appliances and decor are generally fairly old and ugly. Only one a/c per apartment. Very confusing layout (delivery guys get lost)!
POSITIVES
The NEW office staff is extremely friendly (the previous lady was not nice), the maintenance guys are fast and efficient. Quick snow removal. Has own CATA stop! Cat-friendly, clean, and very quiet. Plenty of parking. Apartments clean, well constructed and fairly spacious.
I agree with the previous reviewer who said that the complex is not high-tech, but it is pleasant and comfortable.
NOTE: Like many other landlords, Executive House WILL SCREW YOU on your security deposit. TAKE PICTURES when you move in and BE WARY.
