We have lived at this place for 3 years now. Overall the apartment is very nice. Very roomy and well lit. The building is quiet but sometimes you can hear the neighbours having a party. The maintenance staff is friendly and the very few maintenance issues that we had were all solved very quickly. We had a new range oven installed in a week after the door broke. I call this very fast. The management recently changed all doors and windows. We hardly turn on the heating during the winter, because the temperature is 72-75 all the time.
The few cons about the place:
It's a llitle bit further from downtown and campus. If you want to walk it takes 20-25 minutes. However, during the summer it's better to walk instead of waiting for the bus.
Another problem is the smell: whenever I enter my apartment there's always a smell of the neighbour's cooking. If I'm at home and I hear the neighbours turning their fan on I have to turn my on too to avoid the smell coming in.
One complaint: it would be nice to have some more cupboards in the kitchen.
