I've enjoyed my stay at Imperial Towers. I love the big sliding doors in the living room and the pretty patio. My whole apartment is very roomy. The complex isn't much to look at and parking can be a problem at night but the value is definitely worth the price.
The only complaint I have is that the front office is always closed - even when it's supposed to be open (though there is a number to call for emergencies). I had a few maintenance problems when I moved in but they were all resolved quickly and efficiently.
I would definitely recommend staying here for grad students or professionals.
