the good - you get your own room! living in town is so much better when you can get away from it all, have your own room to study, lots of amenitiies that make it easy to find time to party and study, like a dishwasher, washer/dryer in the apt, pool, work out room, etc, and free, close parking (even for visitors). it's also nice to have roommates, it's more fun, especially when you get a little space of your own.
the bad - told me i was living in a different bedroom, so i had to set up new appts for the phone and cable company - walls are a little thin (you just need some headphones, people!) - i also had to wait until they could find the keys to my place, about 30 min or so.
the ugly - the management wasn't finished renovating when we moved in, so there wasn't a shower curtain rod, light bulbs in some fiztures, etc.
