When I first came and viewed the Model apartment at University commons i was mpressed. I loved the pool, hot tub, gym free awesome parking etc. The first roomies they put me with were a disaster. I thought i filled out a roommate preference sheet. Guess not'''' So they moved me. The second group of people i had the pleasure of residing with asked me to leave because they did not need "baggage" and their boyfriends were illegally living with them. As was their ugly ass dog! University commons moved me again.
One of the features they said was so great was the panic button. If you are dying walk to the hospital and if you are being assaulted walk to the police station. Two minutes my butt. Try about twenty you would be dead or have bled to death by the time someone responds.
Carpets disgusting. They pocket your security deposit and dont fix anything. Ask when you view the model how many times that carpet has been cleaned.
My adivce if you come to see it do not be decieved. Ask to see a real apartment and your mind will change.
Remember though black mold is a hazard to your health.
Two words to describe University commons and that is freaking EWWW!
