This place needs to be torn down and made into a parking lot. There is no way that this place could ever pass Health inspection, because there is MOLD growing every where in that place and they try and tell you that it is dirt come on!!! Do not insult my knowledge my telling me that is dirt it is MOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then you have to deal with Disrict Manager as she calls herself. Please do me a favor evict me because when it is all said in done , THE UC will be a Parking Lot because I will own it and make it one.

When I lived there, the water heater in the apt above mine leaked into my apartment and large amounts of mold started to grow. I moved out a month after the situation, so I don't know if it was ever taken care of, but nothing was done when I lived there.
