Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
When I moved in the apartment was a total mess...it had never been cleaned...but UC did have a cleaning crew there the very next day and the place was spotless. Throughout the year we had minor issues, but maintenence was there fixing it within the week. Although you do get your own room I would recommend only living at UC if it was with close friends because it can get cramped especially in a 4 bedroom apartment. Also, try to get on the 3rd floor so you don't have noise from above and you also get higher ceilings.
