Bad management, loud

The problems with this complex never ended. The pool was always under repair. The furniture was broken. The apartments were FILTHY. You couldn't go barefoot in the apartment or in socks because you'd end up with completely black feet. It's very noisy every night of the week.
Only plus side is that this complex is before some others on Vairo Blvd., so it's sometimes easy to get on the bus. Also, there's a walking path directly across from the bus stop that goes to the University, so it's convenient to walk in good weather.

They were repainting the pool for longer than I hoped, but apart from that I never had any issues with the pool being closed to use (well, apart from during winter). Also, I never had any cleanliness issues in my apartments; and if I did, I used a vacuum or a mop :P

I never had any cleanliness issues...although I did have a vacuum and cleaned every-so-often.
