I've lived here for nearly a year and I signed a lease for next year. It's ok. Can be noisy at times, but any apartment building you move into is gonna be noisy at times. The maintinence guys are kinda stupid, but if you complain enough they'll get somebody in there who knows what they're doing to fix it. Parking is decent. You always have a spot that's reasonably close to your apartment. You'll want to stab the people who park in the un-numbered spaces right outside your door and never move their car though (Stupid ----- with red car, that's right I mean you!). Anyway, management is nice although it's about to change like....two days from now, so who knows what'll happen then. One nice thing, there are no bugs here.
