If you have a problem or question, look for Pam or Renee, the managers. The student workers there are incompetent, they're only good for giving you rent receipts. There are two pool tables, 1 ping pong and 1 foosball table in the rec room. Pool cues tend to be stolen and the tables are on the smaller side.
You get a numbered parking spot and there are unnumbered spots for ur guests. There isn't a tow truck checking the premises unless you call for them (which is a plus cuz i let my friends park in my roommate's spot when he's gone). Maintenance has always made repair calls within 2 days. If they don't come by the second day, I usually call the office and they would send them to my apt right away.
Problems I've had include contractors coming in and out to wire the apartment but then left my front door unlocked, the windows are single-paned, washer and dryer are in each unit but they are ------, and the kitchen floor is deteriorating (mgmt said they're replacing it next summer).
Other than those problems, it's a good place considering the price of rent. And also, if you take the bus, you at least get a seat since the NV and V bus comes to LC before the Pointe and NC.
