The reason for the title is because way too many people are only capable of writing things online rather than taking actions, considering all it takes is like 15 minutes one trip to the district court to seriously hurt the -------.

So,


The management of lion's crossing ----ed me over 2 years ago by (1) not cleaning my apartment when I moved in (2) charging me $100 for cleaning after I left

1. I tried calling them, but they didnt respond

2. I filed a complaint to attorney general (http://www.attorneygeneral.gov/complaints.aspx'id=451#) they tried contacting them, again no response. I got a letter from the att. gen. stating that

3. I filed a complaint w/ Better Business Bureau (https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/GetStarted.aspx) same results as w/ attorney general

4. I went to State College District Court (District Court 49-2-01 1524 W College Ave # 11, State College, PA) and requested a hearing. I initially payed $65 for that. Lion's Crossing accepted the hearing, but never showed up. I briefly presented my case, showed letters from att. gen. and BBB and won the case. Lion's crossing had to pay about $150 (including the cost of the hearing) They did not pay, so I payed another $250 to have a sheriff coming in the office and physically selling some of their assets, but now ------- owe me $250 $150 = $400

MORAL OF THE STORY
I GAVE YOU ALL THE LINKS AND ADDRESSES YOU NEED. IF 10 PEOPLE MAKE THEM LOSE $400 THATS $4000. MOREOVER IF ENOUGH PEOPLE FILE W/ ATTORNEY GENERAL, THEY WILL FACE CHARGES FROM A STATE PROSECUTOR, A MUCH MORE SERIOUS BUSINESS.
