Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
I have lived here for about 2 years now, the first year was decent because of the price, but now I am determined to get out of here. Pam and Renee (mgmt) are cool, but Vanessa is extremely rude. The kitchen floors are horrible, and the bathroom no matter how much you clean it, still looks dingy. And maintence will enter your apartment without you requesting, and without you being home, they've done that to my roomate (probably to me too without my knowledge). Not worth the trouble at all. Dont rent here
