this is my first and LAST year living at lions crossing. They have been a total mess from the beginning. The apartment was filthy when we moved in and they wouldnt come and clean it again until my roommates parents called and cussed them out. They will rob you of your money for any reason they can. I was charge horrible late charges because on the online paying account it said i owed nothing for the month of june for rent, i was confused but still gave them all the rent except $90 because if i owed nothing i didnt want them having my extra money, but at the same time i didnt want to recieve late charges. then a few days later i get a letter on my door step saying i have all these late charges(they waited until the charges were close to $100 to inform me of the problem). I go to talk to the management about it and the lady was EXTREMELY rude and said i know when my rent is due and just because the website said i didnt owe anything is no excuse for me to not have paid all of it.
