I do not recommend Lions Gate Apts.

First of all, their maintenance is not very helpful. They do not even change air conditioner filters! They told us just to take it out and wipe it with a paper towel! Whoever paints the apartments does not believe in doing a neat job.

Oh and they have raised our rent 3 times in 3 months! January, February and we just got a letter saying they are raising it again to cover utilities, which is fine, but I cannot believe they have to raise it 3 months in a row. And that they are raising the same amount for 1 bedroom apartments as they are for 2 bedroom apartments which are alot bigger and require more heat. It just doesn't make sense.


I just am not impressed with these apartments at all and i cannot wait to move out as soon as our lease is over.

You would be much better off somewhere else. I have lived in many apartments and i would rate this as the worst!
