My wife and I really like living at Lion's Gate. It was one of the only place where we could have our dog.
The staff is very friendly and very prompt about repairs.
The rent is very reasonable (heat is included) and it is about a 30 minute walk (5 minute bus ride) to campus.
We've never had a problem with Parking (although the parking spaces are a bit narrow... probably to add more spaces).
The only downfall is it can get a bit noisy if the people below you like bass... which ours does. :)
I would recommend Lion's Gate to anyone looking for an apartment.
