1)Bugs!!! Not just a spider or 2, but families of them. And as far as fixing it see # 2.
2)Maintainence is horible! My heat has been fixed 6 times now and counting. And so much for bug control.
3)Hardwood Floors' More like stone.
4)Parking lots are so annoying especially in the winter.
5)This walls. If you want to know all about your next door's uncle or something, live here.
6)Management. They like to blow you off pretty much all the time. We told them how bad the floors were getting and they installed a ceiling fan.
7)Lethal Paint' Too bad I signed that waiver!
8)Big rooms, tiny bathrooms and kitchen. I had to store some pots in the closet.
9)Rent likes to go up at of nowhere.
10)Boil water and there go the fire alarms.
