This has been a horrible experience. Huge house centipedes that they say they can't do anything about. The showers run hot and cold if anyone in the building turns on water or flushes. Back bedroom is very cold. Noisy Noisy Noisy. You can hear EVERYTHING in the apartments next to you and above/below. Lots of Loud parties. We have had our windows kicked in twice and a drunken student trying to break in at 4 am. Have had to call police 4 times, and they are uninterested in helping. Dog manure on lawns, Broken glass on sidewalks and lawns. Office staff blows you off and is even rude. Hallways are smoky, smoking outside my windows comes into apartment even when windows are closed! Only one air conditioner for the whole apartment. They canceled free tv in mid-lease and we had to pay extra for cable. A minor was sexually assaulted at a party here this year. Lots of parties and drunken rude undergrads. Parking is very small spaces and far from apartment - especially on move-in day! Management said it was quiet and that they only rent to grad students. There are 20 undergrads alone in my building. I wouldn't stay here another day if you paid me to!
