The office staff is very deceptive. One minute they support you when you have an issue and the next minute they are laughing in your face. The buildings are incredibly noisy. You cannot seem to get a moments peace here. Maintenance rig things rather than actually fix them. Rent is way too high for the low quality of rental you get. There are many better places in State College. Make this a last choice if you want to ever sleep. Parties parties parties! Doors kicked in, yes, been there. Agressive dogs. Come to think of it, don't make it your last choice, just don't choose it at all.
