nices things about Lions Gate:
1. close to bus stops
2. spacious apartment
3. lots of parking spot
4. friendly staff (at least to me)

Bad things
1. noise, can hear your neighbors
talking, them playing music
and doing other staff. Quite a few
people that I know of have to move
out because of this.

2. bugs, I found a lot of worms when
I moved in. they only come in every
thursday to clean them up.

3. pets, I love dogs. But I donot like
aggressive and noise ones.

Overall, it is an ok place for pet owners.
Otherwise you should stay away from it.
