We rented a 2 bdrm 1 bath for several years before movingn out of the area. Lions gate staff are wonderful and personable ppl. I was surprised by some of the reviews I NEVER experienced any bad here. Maint. are on top of things some things are not repairable anylonger but are replaced when possible and fast as they can do it. I loved renting here and if I ever came back to area I would look these ppl up again
