I would't advice to live there, there are better choices in State college with leasing rates incl. free speed Internet, a work-out room, a community center where you could have your party, watch TV, work-out, as well as read books and newspapers in their library, and a free chuttle to the campus. It is noisy, the apartments are old : you will die at the summer time as the conditioning is very noisy and uneffective. If you still decide to live there, be aware that some tenants renting an apartment at the ground floor had bugs!!!! and could'not move out of there... Besides, the management team will deceive you with smiles on their faces, and you would never receive your security deposits back, even if you are sure you didn't have any damages.
