The apartment buildings itself aren't bad for the price. They are a good size, and other then being old seemed to be of decent quality. The windows are terrible, atleast any that have metal frames. Our windows where so bad that at times it was hard to keep the apartment heated when we had strong winds. Their are bugs, but if you spray with your own stuff (from home depot) they tend to disappear. We had mice and/or a mouse. He was friendly, and we named him. When we moved in their was mouse droppings in select cabinets, when we moved out their was lots of droppings underneath all large pieces of furniture. The walls are very thin, but generally the neighbors are quiet. The floors and ceiling are a different story, and you are going to have to deal with the neighbors hoove like feet at night. Parking is excellant, plenty of space for your vehicles plus visitors. They do a good job plowing, but be careful not to park in a hill. Ice tends to build up and I've seen many people get stuck. The staff are the nicest people ever, however they are too nice. They tell you one thing, and do another. The lease, well thats a story in itself. People will tell you to read over it carefully, but don't even bother. Basically it is saying you give up every right as a tennant, and that lion's gate owns you during your stay. While the clauses in it where never applied to us, if you they needed to, you could be in some very hot water, for some very minor things. Overall, if you are on a strict budget, then lion's gate is for you, otherwise, DEFINATELY look somewhere else. After a few weeks the isolation, and little incoveniances of living their will definately get the best of you AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
