Lionsgate is not a pleasent place to live in. The walls are paper thin, so much so that you can even hear your next door neighbor pee. The apartments themselves are not kept up, and it is obvious that maintenance knows nothing (if they ever do show up). They like to sit in an empty apartment and smoke and watch soap opera's all day - and they make more noise then any tenant. The fire alarms go off every ten min. and the heat never works.
The office staff is rude, incompetant, and lazy. They like to think that your personal life is their business.
Don't bother even looking here, you would be wasting your time and money.
