I've been living in a 3rd floor Jr. 1-bedroom for several months now. My experience with the 2nd and 1st floor units is that you can always hear your upstairs neighbor walking around. A lot of the complaints of reviewers are due to the fact that they live on one of the lower levels. I have had limited problems with noise, mostly when my next door neighbor plays loud music but that's it. The base rent is for second floor units, so a 3rd floor unit actually costs an extra $10 while 1st floor units are $10 less per month.

When I moved in I complained that my A/C wasn't working right and they replaced the entire unit the next day. I've found that my energy bills have been very low. The buildings and fixtures are old (but the hardwood floors are a plus), but dealing with this hasn't been a problem. I've also had no problems with parking or fire alarms going off.

Overall this is not a bad place to live especially if you have a dog. The location is ideal (close to bus stop, grocery store). To make a sound decision make sure you check out other nearby complexes including Executive House and Imperial Towers.
