DO NOT RENT FROM LION S GATE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB. The apartments look DECEIVINGLY nice. However, upon moving in, you will be distressed to learn that you have moved into the equivalent of a cardboard box. Every movement of the neighbors upstairs is echoed into your home. On a daily and nightly basis, you will be subjected to every step that your neighbors take. In addition to this, coughing, crying, yelling, laughing, sneezing, coughing, EVERYTHING may be heard clearly. I am often startled awake thinking that someone has gotten into the apartment. Their website boasts double-insulated soundproofing (windows, walls, ceilings, floors). This claim is absolutely (and painfully) FALSE.
The above problem is in addition to the fact that no amenity promised upon my move-in TEN MONTHS AGO has been completed. The currently unfinished fitness center was promised to be completed within a few months. (By the way, I was later made aware that the use of this fitness center will be available to tenants for a FEE.) All other amenities, especially the golf course, will not be completed in this lifetime.
It is completely unreasonable to make numerous unfulfilled promises of a variety of amenities to a renter signing a one-year lease. All attempts to contact the management are rudely rebuffed.

Just wait til you move out and try to get your security deposit back. A word to the wise: Go over the dump with a fine toothed comb. Make it look 200% better than when you moved in. Take pictures with yourself in them--especially of the floors. They will keep your security deposit and make up damages for which they will produce photos and say that you caused them. The management there is not only rude, they are the definition of dishonest.
