Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
The complex was built in the 60's, so insulation and windows leaves something to be desired. Read: not very energy efficient... Appliances and such replaced on need basis. Read: If nobody has smashed the original 60's kitchen cabinets, they're still here... Virtually no electricity bill, but gas may be large in winter (little insulation, inefficient heater & PA winter weather). Hot water and cooking gas included.
Nice location 2 miles from campus (bus stop at main entrance), nice playground and ok pool. Staff & office people ok - maintenance good (although not always prompt).
