We lived at Nittany Gardens for three years and only moved out because we bought a home. We were always treated with respect. We didn't have a lot of maintenance issues but when we did, they were always addressed quickly. The office staff were delightful people and were always available. Because they do not rent to undergrads it was always very quiet. We would recommend Nittany Garden Apartments to anyone.

Actually, they do rent to undergrads: my roomate is an undergrad.
