We had very unfortunate experience with this apartment. At first we were lured by relatively inexpensive rent offered, but that's where the trouble started. The whole complex is very poorly maintained and everything is falling apart. We found that the heating wasn't working the first winter - oh that was cold. We spent freezing months of December and January, all at the mercy of maintenance. Then we had multiple cases of toilette floodings and leaks from upstairs... Once they ripped open the kitchen and we could not use it for over a month. When maintenance comes in, they always leave messy dirt all over. Kitchen was a consistent problem as the gas stove stopped working and fridge broke and all, everything is too old. Water quality is horrible, this place definitely needs to be inspected by city health officials. Move out is also a problem, if you are planning to move in, don't expect to get any damage deposit money back from them. We did nothing crazy like drilling a hole in a wall, but our thousand dollars did not come out of their pocket. Y'know, those office ladies, they are a bunch of -------.

Just to be fair, I guess, parking is the only saving grace. If you have lots of friends coming into town on foodball weekends, you probably don't have problem with their cars.
