Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
it's a cheap place to live. i moved out and realized that living place can provide much better experience. for grad students, i would recommend shopping around other places, if your home doesn't give you positive feeling, you'd be so miserable. hard enough to be grad, you should feel good about your living area.
