Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Overall a decent place to stay for the undemanding resident.
Pros:
1. Lots of parking.
2. Reasonably spacious houses.
3. Relatively inexpensive.
Cons:
1. Apartments are old, though not badly mantained.
2. Heating system is old. It is very likely that one room in the apartment will not be heated well at all.
3. Mantainence is erratic. Sometimes the management responds promptly to complaints. Sometimes you have to remind them multiple times.
4. Dont clear snow in the winter as often as you would like them to.
