These apartments are awful. The majority of the complex is made up of yelling, partying undergrads and the mentally ill. The office staff is incompetent, squirrels are constantly running through the walls, the air conditioning and heat go straight out of the poorly insulated windows year-round, the washers and dryers in the buildings rarely work properly, their list of demands for moving out is ridiculous, and even if you follow them exactly, they will still manage to steal a large sum of money from your security deposit. Furthermore, there is always trash on the lawn, tenants with pets rarely, if ever, clean up after them, the fixtures are ancient, unless you're about to move out, in which case they will replace them and make a HUGE mess without cleaning it up, the property manager ducks all phone calls and emails, and is mysteriously 'out on vacation' whenever there is a serious problem with the apartment. Overall, this place is awful, poorly run, poorly maintained, and should be torn down.
