expect your electricity bill to sky-rocket in the winter, since the heat is bad and inefficient. you'll be cold during the winter months regardless. air conditioner hardly works any better. the whole place is falling apart. the maintenance people show up whenever they feel like, with no prior notice whatsoever. if you happen to be in the shower when they come in, well, it's your problem. even though maintenance came in multitudes of times, our air conditioner and heat was still not fixed. pretty lousy and expensive place to live.
