First off I would like to comment on there on site Laundry facility which the dryers do not work. I have tried the dryers in the 2 buildings around mine along with mine which are buildings A,B and C and on every setting my clothes don't get dry. Not even after running it through twice. I contacted the office about this and they said they would take a look into it and 6 months later they are not fixed. I have also seen other tenants taking their wash to laundry mats so I know its not just me. On move in inspection my toilette always ran and my closes door was off the hinges along with my medicine cabinet always staying open and all three weren't done right and all three 11 months later are still broken. My cabinets are extremely outdated and some handles are even missing and I went to the office for that and they were never fixed. It seems the office is unresponsive to any complaint and quite honestly every 3 months there are new faces in the office so I think its not them its just the owners and the maintenance people because the office staff keeps quitting. It is very loud here as well good luck sleeping past 7am because the use extremely loud mowers 1 - 2 times a week to cut the grass and they start at 7am. All in all I would say go across the street to Lions Gate or further away from campus because this is simply not work 663 a month when all the other apartments are about the same price out this way and all my friends have had better experiences then my roommate and I have here.
