NO, DO NOT GO THERE. You cannot afford the trouble. I lived there for one year and could not wait moving out. I did as soon as the lease ended. The lease was another problem. It states that you must hire a professional company to clean the carpet and the window drapers before moving out. They require a receipt for cleaning, meaning you cannot do it yourself. This is illegal in many states, including Wisconsin and Virginia. (Not sure in PA.) The worst thing is after I did all these, they still deduct more than half of my deposit. (I hired the company Nittany Garden requires. Of course they said they just recommended xxx, but if you hire someone else, you may not pass their final check-up, meaning you cannot get your deposit back.) I did all other cleaning very well for one week before moving. And I was there when the final check was conducted. The staffer told me everything was clean. But later the manager who never showed up said several places were not clean enough. Then half of my deposit gone. In fact as soon as I moved in, the trouble starts. The air conditioning and heating facilities never worked.The staff is OK but the on-site manager Dawn is not honest. In short, DO NOT GO THERE.
