I have lived in NG for almost 2 years and am quite pleased. The buildings are clean and well kept. The grounds are manicured and maintained daily. Our apartment is really spacious and was the least expensive of everywhere we looked. I thought maybe they'd "scrimp" on amentities becuase of the low rent, but NOT AT ALL.

The office staff is always available and they're all helpful. Dawn (the site manager) has been responsive & respectful with any issue we bring to her attention. We had a problem with our HVAC system and it was completely fixed within 2 days!

I also love the parking. There is always a spot open and when my family visits, they can park close by too! Every other place in SC charges an arm and a leg for parking. With NG, it's included in the rent.

Overall, NG is a great place to live and I'm really pleased with my experience there.
