I've been really happy with my experience at Nittany Garden (C-15) thus far. I was able to get a flexible move-in date and lease (very difficult to do in state college) and the staff has been super responsive to all my needs thus far. Anything I've needed maintenance on has been taken care of within the same day! The apartments are clean, spacious and a great value. There's a great deal of storage space, in fact more than I can even use. It feels very safe here, and its extremely quiet, especially compared to other complexes in town. I'm very glad I decided to live here. There are laundry facilities on site (although they are a bit expensive for frequent use) but it certainly makes things convenient. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice, quiet and safe place near enough to campus.
