I have been living in Nittany Gardens Apartments since January 2007 and I can only say good things about this place. I am a grad students and I am doing my COMS so I need a quiet place, and this is just perfect. The internet connection works perfectly, and that is very important for me. I love the size of the apartments, the great balconies and big windows (lots o light) and the furniture. The area around is beautiful, with gardens, trees and tennis courts. Besides, I have a storage room and the dryer and washing machines are in the same building, so I don't have to go outside when it rains or snows. Another great thing is to have the supermarket just besides the apartment. I don't have a car and it is very important for me not having to take a bus every time I want to buy some food. The apartments are in the cata bus route and the walking distance from campus is 30 minutes, so I can go walking to campus when the weather is nice. Besides, the people working here are really nice. Every time I have had a problem they have come to mend it in the same day. They are so nice that one day I received a big package with two chairs and a table and they send it directly to my door, because I could not take it by myself. I am sorry if some people have had bad experiences here, but that is not my case. I can only say good things about the apartments and the people working here, and I plan to stay here until I finish my studies in Penn State.
