I have lived at Nittany Gardens for 4 years. My apartment is nice and it is a good deal. My apartment gets a lot of light, it is big compared to others in the area, and has a balcony. My neighbors are mostly professionals and older adults so things are pretty quiet. The maintenance staff responds quickly to requests. I live in the G building.
