Having enjoyed living in Nittany Garden Apartments for over 2 years, I can say that it is a beautiful, friendly apartment complex, managed by professional and at the same time friendly and helpful people. The buildings, lawns, approach paths and car parking areas, which are conveniently located, are kept very clean all year around. Even my realitives and friends who visted me have expressed appreciation for the excellent choice I made living here. Apartment maintenance problems are very prompt rectified. A couple of times I got an unexpected knock at the door by maintenance persons just after my compliant call. Outside the large double-glass doors with screen , is the capacious balcony overlooking the green lawns where one can relax in the open air with a cup of coffee/tea or entertain a small group of visitors. The greens, the flower beds, the swimming pool and members fun get-togethers that the managment arranges add another color to our community life.
