Once again, I have to say that Nittany Gardens Management is just fantastic. I've had problems with my A/C unit and though they came out a few times to check it out, something is still wrong with it. I spoke to the manager this morning, and they are so understanding and going out of their way to fix the problem. Their politeness, courtesy and customer service orientation is outstanding. They are so personal and make every resident feel valued. I'm so glad I decided to renew my lease here.
