This apartment complex is simply not worth the price that one pays to live here. The grounds are "nice" in that there are some trees and grass. Other than that I do not know what the other posters are talking about when they say the area is "great" and "beautiful."

The walls are thin, and the interior is dated. I signed a lease so I am here until the end, but after that I am moving out. Ask around and you will find a large number of people who move away from here after their first year. The rent staff is nice enough, though I have limited contact with them and on more than one occasion they attempted to show my apartment without the 24hr advanced notice specified in the lease. I must say the only high point is the maintenance staff who are always right on top of things whenever I have a problem...and I've had numerous problems. The move out process is very extensive and I expect that I will NOT get my deposit back.
