I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about, this place is a great value for the price. I would be surprised if more than one tenet before me used the cabinets and refrigerator. There is plenty of open grassy space and trees to just walk around and enjoy. I have yet to actually hear another tenet while inside my apartment and the staff is AWESOME. One night I noticed is was kind of hot so I went to look at the thermostat and realized it wasn't working (nothing I did would make the AC, heater, or fan turn on). So the next morning at about 11am I called down and talked to Albert in the office (extremely nice guy btw, helped us get all set up to move in here and always in an amazing mood). I then went to the store to pick up a few things and came back 45 minutes later. When I opened the door sitting on my couch was a yellow invoice from the maintenance guy and the AC was running. 45 minutes from reporting it broken to fixed! It was like that the one other time I had to call as well. Also parking is great too, there is no parking passes, never have to worry about your friends getting towed while visiting and there is way more than enough spaces.

"I would be surprised if more than one tenet before me used the cabinets and refrigerator." Lucky you. I think my apartment in Nittany Gardens has the original cabinets in the kitchen. One of the cabinet doors has actually been peeling apart (the layers of plywood). Maintenance was responsive and added screws to hold it together, but they also indicated these cabinets were not as bad as in other units (thus it was unlikely they were going to be replaced). The moral of the story...if you get new fixtures in your apartment, you should feel lucky.
