I have been a tenant for about two years, and I have to say that thanks to a new office manager and staff, the place is running like a dream. Your problems, if any at all, are solved expediently, and you never feel like nothing's being taken care of. As of late, they have made an effort in conditioning facilities in such a way that it is a joy to live there. Visiting other students' apartments is one quick way to notice how different (for better) it is to live in the Nittany Garden Apartments. If you're looking for a comfy, roomy, well-managed place away from the noise of downtown State College, this is the place to be.
