I have lived here for about a year and I love it! This winter the office actually brought it to my attention that there might have been something wrong with our furnace. After they spent time on the phone with Columbia Gas, having it inspected and comparing our usage to other similar apartments they decided that we needed a new furnace. The new furnace/air conditioner works great and they even determined that they needed to adjust our bill. The office staff is very helpful and the property manager really shows she cares about the property and her residents. So glad we decided to move here.
