I moved in last August and when trying to find a place to move I was having a really tough time. All of the nice places that were still available were a little out of my price range. I had called Nittany Gardens having looked at it a couple of years ago and knew how nice the apartments were. Debbie told me at the time that they were full, but she took my name and number and told me that if anything came available she would call me. I was starting to think that I would have to live in a cardboard box on the corner when Debbie called saying that she had a cancellation. I signed all of the paperwork without actually seeing the apartment we would be in, but Debbie assured me that it was a very nice one with the upgrades that had been done. When I picked up my keys on August 1 and went to my new home I was thrilled about it. The last time I had looked at the apartments was before they had done any upgrades and the new ceramic floors are great. I am so happy that I made that phone call and Debbie couldn't have been more helpful. We renewed our lease for next year and I am looking forward to another great year.
