Me and my fiance have lived here since may of 2008. The staff treated us great when we first moved in. Anything was fixed within a few days. A year and a half later, we have yet to have 4 things fixed that we put in a work order over 2 months ago. It matters when the one problem is that our deadbolt is falling off and they know that is the one problem. Also a few months ago for some reason when we paid our rent, it wasnt logged in the system for apartment store and we were served papers to show up in court. Imagine, my fiance payed the rent, I just lost my job, Im home by myself and Im served papers for something that wasnt our fault. I was very upset to say the least. So after that was all taken care of, we get a letter saying we owed a few hundred dollars, another system error. Do you think we got any apology, NO. I can not wait to move.

Ignored work orders...I know about that. My experience at Nittany Gardens has taught me you need to keep on top of maintenance requests. I'm convinced most of the time, my maintenance requests are never actually written up to a work order on the first request. It isn't until I call back a second or third time that something gets done. As for being served papers without warning, that's just wrong, but not unexpected from this big box operation.
